PNOY's birthday will be spent in DUMAGUETE for earthquake meeting

After receiving various reports on the earthquake situation, P-Noy has decided to fly to Dumaguete & Cebu today, Wednesday February 8, 2012 his birthday, to personally check on the victims & the ongoing rescue operation. He will be meeting with the local government executives on the reconstruction plans of their areas of concern.
